The Williams Symphony Grand Digital Piano is a high-quality digital piano designed for someone who wants to play like a concert pianist, but cannot afford a real grand piano. Williams Symphony Grand Digital Piano Review
The Symphony Grand Digital Piano was designed to make it possible for even beginners to be able to create amazing-sounding music. The 88-key keyboard features graduated weights in the keys which causes the hammers to strike with increasing pressure that changes the sound of each key as you play.
To help enhance your playing and the sound that you are able to produce, Williams engineers pre-programmed the Symphony Grand with 100’s of special sounds that can be added with a single touch of a button on the operator panel. Some of these sounds are unique and can only be found inside the Williams company High-Definition Custom Sound Library. It also features a 2” x 2.75” LCD display that makes it simple to operate with your fingertip.
The high-quality sound will literally fill most any size room thanks to the amazing 6 speaker sound system built into the beautiful high gloss cabinet. You can either select the traditional glossy ebony finish or amazing Red Mahogany Gloss finish. Regardless of which one you choose, it will look truly amazing in any room in your home. There is also a matching padded bench seat sold separately which is the perfect companion piece to this amazing piano.
Well concealed in the bottom of the cabinet you will find the dual headphone jacks that make it perfect for using it to teach piano for an instructor. You can also use them to keep from disturbing others in the room as you are playing. There is a unique setup with the headphone jacks in that if you plug your headphones into jack #2 the music can still be heard through the speakers, but with only #1 jack being used the speakers are cutout.
Additional Features of the Williams Symphony Grand Digital Piano
Today’s Bluetooth technology is perfectly suited to be used inside the Symphony Grand Digital Piano. Instead of having to use a tangle of wires to hook it up a computer (via Midi controller), you simply pair it with your Bluetooth enabled computer/Apple Mac, mobile smartphone or tablet. When connected to one of the aforementioned devices you have access to the cloud and that means you can have 1000’s of songs, sheet music, and even online training sessions. Your tablet or smartphone can easily sit on top of the keyboard where you can read the music directly from the Internet.
Who is the target?
While you typically only find a grand or baby in a concert hall or the living room of the wealthy, the amazing sounds that come from them are enjoyed by a wide range of people. So, when Williams designed the Symphony Grand Digital Piano they were actually looking to capture as wide an audience as they could.
